1. General

Using the taxibucuresti.com website and submitting a booking request means you accept the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Bookings and payments

Bookings are submitted online at least 3 hours before the ride. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm availability by email/phone.

If payment is required, we will send a secure payment link by email. The booking becomes final after the payment is completed.

3. Cancellation and refund policy

• If the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, 90% of the amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded.
• If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, no refund will be issued.
• If, for reasons attributable to us (e.g., technical failure, accident, inability to dispatch a replacement vehicle in time), we cannot provide the service, 100% of the amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded.

4. Customer obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
• Be present at the agreed pickup location and time.

5. Limitation of liability

Taxi Bucharest is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, extreme weather conditions, road closures, protests, etc.).
